Light -Honey Processs Costa Rica


 We roasted these beans to a light finish for the best flavor notes.

The Honey process will appeal to those of you that like complexity in their coffee.  You get some of everything. 

The honey process is a hybrid of the natural process, where the fruit is left on the coffee bean as it dries, and the washed process, where the fruit is stripped or pulped and washed off.  The honey process, not to get overly complicated, is stripped (pulped) and not washed off.  Some remnants of fruit are left on which adds a light, fruity flavor to the coffee. 

Dominant Flavors: Sweet, Savory and Dark Chocolate.
