Why Wild Calf

How Wild Calf got its name.

Wild Calf started as a caffeine pun. Dustin is the fourth generation of his family to live on the same place in Montana. After moving home from Boeing near Seattle in 2011, he planned to take over his father’s herd. He was vetoed. Today, neighbors rent the ground and run cattle there, and Dustin helps maintain the water systems, fences, and other infrastructure.

The name also carries an older picture of calves released from the stall. They run because they can. For us, it is a simple picture of energy, freedom, and a fresh start.
