Terms of service

Last updated: July 15, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of wildcalf.com and purchases from Wild Calf LLC, doing business as Wild Calf Coffee. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who we are

Wild Calf Coffee is operated by Wild Calf LLC, 6001 Road 1011, Bainville, Montana 59212, United States. You can reach us at orders@wildcalf.com or (406) 480-6432.

Store use and eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract where you live to place an order. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information and to keep account credentials secure. You may not use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity or interfere with the store's operation or security.

Products, prices, and orders

We try to describe products, availability, roast level, prices, and images accurately. Coffee is an agricultural product, so normal variation can occur. Prices, promotions, and availability may change before an order is accepted. Taxes and shipping are shown as applicable at checkout.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons such as inventory errors, suspected fraud, payment problems, shipping restrictions, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel after charging you, we will refund the canceled amount.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and Return and Refund Policy are part of these terms. Delivery dates are estimates. If an order arrives damaged, is missing, or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will help resolve it.

Subscriptions

When you choose a subscription, you authorize recurring charges at the frequency and price shown before checkout, plus applicable tax and shipping. Subscription savings apply only where displayed. You can cancel, skip, pause, or change eligible subscription details before the next order processes. Our Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains the controls and timing.

Email and text messages

Marketing consent is optional and is not required to buy. You can unsubscribe from marketing email through the link in the message. For text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Service messages needed for an order or support request may still be sent.

Reviews and customer content

If you submit a review, photo, video, or other content for public use, you confirm that it is truthful, that you have the right to share it, and that it does not violate another person's rights. You give Wild Calf a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, format, and share that submitted content for store, customer service, and marketing purposes. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content and may be revoked for future use by contacting us, subject to records we must retain and content already lawfully distributed.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unrelated, or violates these terms. We do not require a positive review as a condition of any incentive. If an incentive is offered, it should be disclosed with the review.

Coffee guidance and developing AI tools

Brewing suggestions, product matching, and any AI or MCP features are practical guidance, not professional medical or nutritional advice. Recommendations depend on the information provided and may not fit every person or machine. You keep control of the final products, quantities, subscription terms, and checkout decision. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is not needed for the request.

Intellectual property

The site, brand, copy, graphics, photographs, product names, software, and other Wild Calf materials are owned by Wild Calf or used with permission and are protected by applicable law. You may use the site for personal shopping and ordinary business purchasing. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit protected material without permission, except as allowed by law.

Third-party services and links

The store uses services provided by Shopify and other vendors. Third-party links and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. Wild Calf is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we remain responsible for our own promises and obligations.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and services are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise that every feature will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We do not exclude warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wild Calf will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the site or products. Any direct liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the order or service giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights in your home jurisdiction remain available to you. Before filing a claim, please contact us so we have a fair chance to resolve the issue directly.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the store, services, or law changes. The revised terms apply after they are posted and do not retroactively change an already accepted order. Questions can be sent to orders@wildcalf.com.
