Shipping policy

Wild Calf normally ships in-stock orders within two business days. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays. High-volume periods, weather, carrier delays, or a product marked with a different lead time may add time.

Shipping cost and delivery estimate

Available shipping methods, any free-shipping threshold, and the current price are shown before you complete checkout. Delivery dates are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Tracking is sent when available.

Where we ship

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Some products or carriers may not support every address type. If checkout does not accept an address, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve it.

Address changes

Check the shipping address before placing an order. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to change. We cannot promise an address change after an order enters fulfillment, but we will help where we reasonably can.

Lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders

If tracking is stalled, a package is marked delivered but missing, or an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact orders@wildcalf.com with your order number. Photos of shipping damage are helpful. We will review the order and work with the carrier when a claim is needed. We will not simply send you away to handle the carrier alone.
