Wholesale Coffee Roasted on a Montana Ranch

Wholesale: fit first

Coffee roasted on the ranch for working businesses.

Tell us how you serve coffee. We will confirm whether Wild Calf fits your volume, delivery, grind, equipment, and timing before we quote.

Pricing

Pricing follows fit.

We do not post wholesale prices publicly because weekly volume, delivery area, freight, grind, packaging, equipment, service needs, and private-label work can change the right arrangement. After the review, we send account-specific terms for your approval before any commitment.

The lineup

Five blends, one clear roast path.

From lightest to darkest: Morning Kick, Run Wild, Plains Drifter, Cattle Baron's Reserve, and 5 Wire. Single origins rotate with current sourcing.

How it works

A short review before a real commitment.

  1. Tell us what you need. The form takes about two minutes.
  2. We review the fit. We check service area, volume, delivery, and support needs.
  3. We send the terms. Price, freight, cadence, and service fees are shown before approval.
  4. You decide. There is no first-order commitment before you review the terms.

Give us the practical details.

A service area and rough volume help us avoid a quote that looks good on paper but does not fit delivery or support needs. Optional marketing consent is separate from your inquiry.
