Wild Calf started on a family ranch in the northeast corner of Montana, and it never left. We roast in the barn, in small batches, from green coffee sourced out of Brazil, Colombia, Guatemala, Honduras, Ethiopia, Kenya, and Papua New Guinea. Every wholesale order is roasted after you place it — not pulled off a shelf. That's not a slogan; it's just how a ranch operation works. You don't cut hay before you need it.
