Wild Calf wants people with disabilities to be able to shop, learn about our coffee, manage subscriptions, and contact us without unnecessary barriers.

Our current goal

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a practical standard for the public parts of wildcalf.com. Accessibility work is ongoing as the site, Shopify, and third-party services change.

Help with an order or site barrier

If any part of the site is difficult to use, tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it. We will provide reasonable help or an alternative way to get the same information or service.

What we review

Our work includes keyboard access, visible focus, color contrast, text alternatives, form labels, heading structure, readable mobile layouts, clear link and button names, and compatibility with common assistive technology. Automated checks help us find problems, but we also use manual review because automated tools do not find every barrier.

Third-party services

Some checkout, payment, subscription, review, and messaging features are provided by third parties. We work to choose and configure those services responsibly. If a third-party feature creates a barrier, contact us and we will help you complete the task another way while we work on the underlying issue.

Feedback

Accessibility feedback is welcome. We will review reports in good faith and prioritize barriers that block shopping, account access, subscription control, privacy choices, or customer support.
