Witnessing the first breaths of new life, as a newborn calf rises on unsteady legs only to bound with unbridled joy around its mother, is a sight that speaks to the very essence of existence. Our paths took us far from the open fields of Big Sky Country to the bustling streets of Seattle. It was here, amidst the city’s vibrant coffee culture, that we discovered a world where coffee was not just a beverage but an experience. The rich aromas, the delicate flavors, and the community that thrived in the coffee shops of Seattle were revelations.

Over a decade of immersing ourselves in this culture, we developed a deep appreciation for the art of coffee. It was then that we knew it was time to return home and bring with us the treasures we had found.
